About Me

Hi, my name is Abigail Williams (not from the Crucible)! I am an actor, singer, and dancer based in Philadelphia and southern New Jersey. I began performing at the age of three, when I first stepped into a dance class, and have been dedicated to the performing arts ever since. Over the years, I trained extensively in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, modern, lyrical, pointe, and musical theatre dance, building a strong foundation in a wide range of styles. I then discovered my undying passion for theatre, where I fell in love with the art of storytelling through both acting and vocal performance.

I am graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, where I earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Film with a concentration in Musical Theatre. During my time at Saint Joseph’s, I performed in numerous productions, immersed myself in the university’s theatre community, and expanded my skills in both classical and contemporary performance. My favorite roles from college include, Mary Flynn in Merrily We Roll Along and Maggie in Lend Me a Tenor.

In addition to my work onstage, I am dedicated to arts education. I currently serve as a Teaching Artist of acting and dance at Swedesboro Performing Arts Academy, where I teach children and teens of all ages. In my classroom, I strive to inspire creativity, confidence, and a love of performance in the next generation of artists.

Outside of the performing arts, I enjoy painting, drawing, and sculpting. In my senior year of college, my series of acrylic paintings titled, “Thy Name is Woman,” a feminist analyzation of Shakespeare’s tragic heroines, was featured in the Maguire Art Museum. In my free time, I love discovering new music, writing, rewatching Glee (for the one millionth time), filming coffee reviews, and playing The Sims 4. I approach every project with pure dedication, professionalism, collaborative spirit, and am always seeking opportunities to grow as both a performer and a storyteller.
